What is the minimum stay?
Our standard tenancy is 12 months with an option to renew — this keeps things stable and affordable for everyone. We occasionally have shorter-term rooms available; just ask our team about current options.
What's included in the rent?
For our co-living rooms, rent is all-inclusive: electricity, water, high-speed WiFi and weekly cleaning of common areas. Your room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and work desk.
How much are the rooms?
Rooms typically range from RM550 to RM980 per month depending on size (small, medium, balcony or master), location, furnishing and property condition. Whole units are available from around RM2,200.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
Typically one month's rent as a security deposit, refundable at the end of your tenancy subject to the room condition. Some homes may also require a small utility/access deposit.
Can I view a room before committing?
