For our co-living rooms, rent is all-inclusive: electricity, water, high-speed WiFi and weekly cleaning of common areas. Your room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and work desk.
Rooms currently run from RM600 to RM900 a month, depending on size — small, medium, balcony or master — and on the hive. Every listing shows its own rates.
Two months' rent as a security deposit, plus RM50 for keys and the access card. The security deposit is refundable within 30 days of completing the 12-month tenancy, subject to the room condition, and the RM50 is refundable at move-out.
