Can I view the unit before staying in?
Yes. Viewings are by appointment. You may also request a remote viewing — we’ll share a video room tour of the exact unit.

Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. Deposits are fully refundable after a minimum tenancy of 6 months.

How do I collect my keys?
Keys will be handed to you on your appointed check-in date at the premises.

What do I need to bring when I move in?
We provide most of the essentials. Simply bring your personal belongings and settle in.

Can I use the building facilities?
Of course! All residents may enjoy the building facilities, provided that you follow the building SOP and regulations.

I’m driving, how do I rent a car park?
Car parks are available for rent. Please indicate your requirement when filling in the application form.

No. Each unit is segregated by gender to ensure comfort and privacy.
